精密机械加工有哪几种方式?

机械加工大致可分为强制进给和压力进给 两种方式。而我们通常所说的精密机械加工为精密车、精密铣、钻、精磨等加工工艺。以下为介绍机械加工:

①强制进给方式:在普通机磨床上进行加工,根据机床的动态精度决定吃刀深度及工件的精度。其特点是形状精确,效率高。

②压力进给方式:磨具在工件表面突起部分进行选择性加工,从而提高精度。加工平面、球、圆筒等比较简单的形状时,如果注意磨具的形状、精度就能使加工精度优于机床加工精度。其缺点是缺乏形状赋予性,加工时间长。最引人注目的是激光机械加工技术。在切割硼-环氧、石墨-环氧、聚芳酰胺等难以加工的复合材料方面发挥巨大的威力,也可用于切割钛、钛合金、铬合金、高强度钢等宇航材料,还用于切割石英玻璃以及Si3N4陶瓷,其切割效率比金刚石砂轮高得多,是一种较为理想的加工方法。

机械加工方法一般是指使用机械对材料进行切、磨、削等加工的方法。如果是金属零部件有特殊的精度要求,则需用金刚石砂轮磨削、研磨和抛光来辅助加工。

The difference between surface finish and roughness

Surface finish and roughness are the same concept.Ningbo Tianhui is a professioal factory which can meet your requiremnets.

Surface finish is another name for roughness. The smoothness is proposed according to the human visual point of view; and the roughness is proposed according to the actual microscopic geometry of the surface.

In order to be in line with international ISO standards, China adopted surface roughness after the 1980s, and abolished surface finish.

After the promulgation of the national standard for surface roughness, the surface finish is no longer used.

Roughness has a calculation formula for measurement, and smoothness can only be compared with a sample gauge, so roughness is more scientific and rigorous than smoothness.

Surface roughness refers to the unevenness of the small spacing and small peaks and valleys existing on the machined surface. The distance between its two peaks or two valleys is very small, which belongs to the error of microscopic geometry.

The smaller the surface roughness, the smoother the surface. Surface roughness is generally formed by the processing method employed and other factors.

Surface roughness affects wear resistance, fit stability, fatigue strength, corrosion resistance, sealing, contact stiffness, and measurement accuracy.
